Ingredients
3large cooking applespeeled and sliced thick
1/2cuppitted prunes
3/4cupraisins
1orangepeeled and sectioned
3cupswater
1/2cupsugar
1/2teaspoonground cinnamon
2Tablespoonscornstarch
3Tablespoonswater
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine apples, prunes, raisins and orange. Add 3 cups of water.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in sugar and cinnamon.
Combine cornstarch and remaining 3 Tablespoons of water; stir into saucepan.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes.
Chill and serve.

This keeps well in the refrigerator for up to a week.
